Bryngarw House Booking Stages
Stage 1: Venue Viewing and Consultation
On your arrival you will have a one to one viewing of the venue with one of our friendly and experienced members of the sales team.
They will show you every fine detail Brygnarw House has to offer and will work with you to create a bespoke package which suits your Wedding Day plans and will give you an estimated quote after the viewing based on your desired number of guests and date of choice.
Stage 2: Event Quote
After your viewing we will email you an exact quote which will break down the cost per guest and will give you a final price for the event based on your desired choices.
We recognise that as your event draws nearer the number of guests attending alter, in the event of this the total cost of your event will adjust in line with your final number of guests.
Stage 3: Reserving Bryngarw House
When confirming your booking you will be required to pay a deposit to secure your requested date and reserve Bryngarw House exclusively for you.
Once the deposit is paid, it guarantees your date and exclusive hire of Bryngarw House based on your agreement with your Sales advisor.
Please note that Five Star Chef at Bryngarw House typically get booked out 12 months or more in advance of an event, and as such bookings are taken / confirmed on a first booked basis.
