We would like to thank all the staff at Five Star Catering for the high quality food and the wonderful service we received at Louise & Nicky's wedding on Saturday. We have had some lovely comments about the day and many of them have been about the quality of the food they had and how lovely the serving staff were. For those who came in the evening, they loved the pulled pork buns!
There is nothing we could fault regarding the food provided or the service we received. Please pass on our special thanks to the chef who prepared it all and the courteous and hard working staff who served the food and the behind the bar

I just wanted to echo my mums comments. So many people have commented on how different the food was and the everyone loved the canapés! The service was fab nothing seemed to much trouble.

This is to say a big thank you to you and to all your team for making such a wonderful event happen for us. The meal was superb, please pass our compliments on to the Chef, and we were made so welcome by Sophia and Athena. Indeed we couldn't have been looked after better! Sophia made us feel comfortable and managed the meal in an unobtrusive but most efficient and pleasurable way.
The venue with its spectacular views helped to make it a very special celebration. On behalf of the birthday girl and all our guests many many thanks to all, in particular to Kevin for allowing the room hire on the Saturday, to Nori for the organisation, to Sophia, the Chef, Athena and all that contributed to the success of the occasion.

I just wanted to say thank you so much for all your hard work on the day of our wedding and the days leading up to it. From the moment we decided to have our catering provided by yourselves at Five Star Chef it's been nothing but a professional and well thought out service. I especially felt completely relaxed in your hands and trusted your honesty and judgement when making food choices for the wedding menu.
Gary was also extremely impressed but had to take a little convincing to have the pies and not a hog roast and he ended up totally raving about them and so did most of our wedding guests.
We had the best day, apparently we drunk more alcohol than any other wedding party at Rosedew. It sure was a great party with fantastic food.

I just wanted to mail you to say thank you so much for all you did to help make Alex and Katie's day so special last Saturday. The food was amazing! When people were eating the canapés they were saying that they couldn't wait to taste what was to come if this was a indicator of the quality.
The starters were so flavoursome you just wanted more! The main course was so delicious - the smokiness of the potatoes and gammon was wonderful and the beef didn't even need cutting - it just literally fell apart! Beautiful. The desserts were so nicely presented and the taste was divine. All in all a wonderful wedding breakfast!
The change from hog roast to pulled pork was a good one - everyone said it was delicious as we're the salads served with it. Again a wonderful spread enjoyed by all!
Every guest I spoke to commented on the food and how much that had enjoyed not only the delicious tastes but also the presentation. I know they will definitely be telling friends so your reputation for quality marches on!
I know Katie and Alex will be thanking you themselves when they get home from their honeymoon but I wanted to thank you too as your organisation and input into the day, although such unbelievably hard,hot work for you, helped it go swimmingly without hitches and made it a day we will all remember.
