One chef and his oven, that's where Five Star Chef began.  

 

Back in 2009 head chef Justin Carty founded Five Star Chef with the simple belief that people would appreciate great fresh seasonal ingredients, prepared, served and presented in an imaginative, creative way.

 

Five years later we now employ seven chefs, two sales managers, two event managers and a brilliant and confident front of house team.

 

Whilst we now cater for events all over Cardiff and South Wales as well as providing exclusive services at a number of venues we remain true to our core belief that all dishes are prepared from great seasonal ingredients.
