Hello Sarah and Justin, thank you so much for providing the food for our wedding.  You were wonderful to work with and made the whole process of arranging the food easy and hassle free.  Thank you for being so adaptable and easy to communicate with throughout the whole affair.  The food was amazing, everyone loved the pies especially, my parents were very impressed indeed, and it definitely was a meal that meets everyone's needs; the fussy, the traditional, the radical, the vegetarians, the meat lovers and the children.  We couldn't have asked for anything more. I just wanted to mail you to say thank you so much for all you did to help make Alex and Katie's day so special last Saturday. The food was amazing! When people were eating the canapés they were saying that they couldn't wait to taste what was to come if this was a indicator of the quality. 

The starters were so flavoursome you just wanted more! The main course was so delicious - the smokiness of the potatoes and gammon was wonderful and the beef didn't even need cutting - it just literally fell apart! Beautiful. The desserts were so nicely presented and the taste was divine. All in all a wonderful wedding breakfast!

The change from hog roast to pulled pork was a good one - everyone said it was delicious as we're the salads served with it. Again a wonderful spread enjoyed by all!

Every guest I spoke to commented on the food and how much that had enjoyed not only the delicious tastes but also the presentation. I know they will definitely be telling friends so your reputation for quality marches on!

I know Katie and Alex will be thanking you themselves when they get home from their honeymoon but I wanted to thank you too as your organisation and input into the day, although such unbelievably hard,hot work for you, helped it go swimmingly without hitches and made it a day we will all remember. 

So thank you all again.

It's the first chance I've had to sit down and write an e-mail to say thanks to you and your team for a superb effort on Saturday.

The food was absolutely delicious and perfectly complimented the Caribbean flavour of the evening - it's hard to pick a favourite as everything was so tasty, but I love the spicy stuff so the Jerk Chicken did it for me.

The serving team also did a great job, as I know it wasn't easy navigating through a tightly-packed, fairly merry crowd on an uneven temporary floor surface - but they did it all with a smile on their collective faces.

It was a PLEASURE to have 5 Star Chef involved in the catering for our wedding, from the initial phone calls discussing ideas and planning and the AMAZING tasting session, right through to the big day. Nothing was too much trouble for Justin, Sarah and their team.

The food was OUTSTANDING and the PROFESSIONALISM and service we received was second to none. Justin was able to offer us options that suited us, our theme and venue right down to the ground, and last minute changes were even allowed for!

I hope this email finds you well. I just wanted to let you know what a fantastic day we had on Saturday! It was just amazing! I thought the bar worked really well, the tables all looked beautiful, the canapes were lovely (especially the arancini) and the staff were very friendly and polite. It would be great if you could also thank Sarah as she did a fantastic job, especially controlling the bar during the evening - not easy from what I could see!
